To get started, call our office at (770) 887-7930 to schedule an appointment for one of our pet care providers to come visit you and your pet. You may also go to the Contact Us/Make Reservation page; simply follow the instructions from there. Pet Watch, Inc. will not be able to provide service until we've met with you and your pet. During our visit, we will get to know you and your pet. We need to have a Pet and Home Care Portfolio filled out with the following information: Basic information ­ name, address, all phone numbers. Pet information ­ breed, age, etc. Feeding and watering schedule Location of pet supplies Your vet's name, address and phone number Any medical conditions Medication information An emergency person and contact number A disaster person and contact number Any other special concerns or needs We will also explain all fees, and answer any questions you may have. What You'll Need to Get Started: TWO sets of spare keys and Vet Information Pet Watch will retain your coded keys unless otherwise instructed. We require 2 sets of keys to avoid any interruption in service or a family emergency. Please test all keys. Keys will be returned by mail upon your request. Ample Supplies for your pet Please check that your pet will have adequate supplies (food, litter, paper towels and soap). You will be charged $20.00 if a shopping trip is required, plus the cost of the food. (Please have 2 or 3 days of extra supplies in case of an emergency). If you will be traveling Please inform us of when you will be leaving, a destination phone number, as well as when you expect to return and a note for the sitter. This information should be left both with our office staff and as well as in your house. If your pet requires medication Please leave us clear written instructions about medication including dates, time and amount. If your pet resists accepting medication, please leave us alternative instructions. Reservations: Please contact the Pet Watch, Inc. office, for ALL RESERVATIONS and CHANGES. DO NOT CONTACT THE SITTER! If your reservation is not on the office reservation system, and something happens with the sitter, pet and/or clients property, Pet Watch, Inc. WILL NOT be responsible for any damages because we have no record of that reservation. (Reminder: You are hiring the company, not the sitter, to take care of your loved ones).
